Hurray for Jewish holidays that mean I get to three-day weeks in a row off! Currently checking out the Baltimore Chop bookstore/coffee house. So far so good, it's tiny and pretty cute and the owner dude made me chocolate milk, which totally makes my morning. Eventually I need to wend my way down to College Park for GSO rehearsal, spend the night in Jessup then back to College Park to make my way to the airport. Can't wait to get to my parents' and pick up my car!!! (Can you tell I'm a little excited about the whole process?) So it's fly up Friday, drive to my brother's apartment in Jersey on Sat and then drive the rest of the way home to Baltimore Sunday morning.

In less exciting news, both my cats have ringworm (totally my brother's cat's fault). So weekly baths for the next forever, eye ointment for the kitten and then (if I can ever find a freaking pharmacy that carries it) oral antibiotics for the both of them (although don't have a prescription for Gerard yet). Blah I really hope I don't get it too. At least it's not ACTUALLY a worm. But still: gross.

Can't wait for the Young Wild Things concert. Going to be so awesome. Also, apparently Ani Difranco is playing a show here in Baltimore (at the Meyerhoff) the night before, November 10th, so maybe I'll try and get tickets to that. Anyone else interested?

Also also? Someone I work with is a slasher = ) It's pretty exciting to find then growing in the wild.
