doctor's orders...
Jul. 31st, 2006 02:02 pm...so, apparently, according to the counselor who evaluated me today, I am:
Her diagnosis narrowed down to three (or any combination thereof) possibilities:
Take this as you will. Hopefully I will be able to correct the above 3 deficiencies and that will handle the exhaustion. We shall see.
In other news, the dirty ass roommate has FINALLY moved out. Tonight is going to be the ultimate annihilation of all the crap in our house (at least the upstairs). Hurrah! I have also discovered that my landlord has indeed found people to rent the 2 open rooms; both of them boys. So it is me and 4 boys for the next year. yeah....Anyway, sadly the dirty ass roomie was also the owner of the tv, but I consider it an equal trade.
- so NOT depressed that she was surprised that the doctor even sent me to the mental health people,
- much more lively and exciting than other people she's seen in my program,
- excessively normal according to the depression survey: 1-9 = normal, 10-16 = mild mood imbalance, borderline chemical imbalance doesn't even START until 17. I scored a 4.
Her diagnosis narrowed down to three (or any combination thereof) possibilities:
- I need more aerobic exercise, which would give me more energy (true on both counts...anyone want to be my work out drill sergeant and call my ass and yell at me to go to the pool?),
- job transitions can cause tiredness without being apparently extra difficult/stressful/etc. (this also seems likely, since I jumped to a much higher level of responsibility this spring which has continued to increase over the summer) and
- I'm bored.
Take this as you will. Hopefully I will be able to correct the above 3 deficiencies and that will handle the exhaustion. We shall see.
