well fuck. all the labwork came back completely normal (except for high cholesterol). so it's off to the depression screening on monday. i am less than thrilled about all of this. i was just hoping this would be easy and there would be an answer and all would be fixed. silly me. i suppose the fact that i am somewhat upset that there isn't anything physically wrong with me (though yes, depression would count as a physical thing, i know) may be a sign that the doctor is on to something with this screening. and if the shrinks say i'm fine? well, i guess i'll just have to start an extreme caffeine habit or something so that i don't feel so freaking exhausted all the time.

Sucks, doesn't it? I so wanted it to be a thyroid issue or something. No such luck. It just would have been a million times easier to fix, you know?

I had the opposite problem in college - went to student counseling wanting to be diagnosed with anything and was firmly told that there was really nothing very wrong with me. I was disappointed too.

sigh, yeah. we'll see how monday goes. at least the doc seems to believe there's something wrong with me, if monday proves a bust she wants me to come back to her. but hey, i have mooovies to watch, so life's a-ok. (plus totally awesome cupcakes to eat while watching said movies, yay!)
