and i am a glutton for punishment. i got job number two today, working at the university writing center. on the plus it only works out to an additional hour and a half, plus they pay $10/hr (versus my job #1 that pays $8). but now i have the extra running around. sadly, i will probably be the happier for it, less chance of boredom setting in. i did however manage to take up an extra evening with work...not exactly sure how that worked out, but i now have class and/or work 4 nights a week. ah well. my financial aid check finally reached me, which was a plus since my credit card bill is $600 this month, on top of rent and an extra $36 worth of utilities and whatnot. le sigh. i will survive, especially since i now have this new addiction to web comics to pull me through. yay comics!!! i have to make a web page for class (it will be my first ever..b/c i am a technological philistine...) and i think i may highjack it and make it a place for links to things i like to read! yay that! this is such an inane post...to continue the theme, i get a box of free binders from work! w00t! 1-inch binders for me and all my friends! and lots of exclamation points apparently. anyway, the long and short of it is that i hopefully will be not quite as poor this semester. also, i must clean up my room. it looks like the den of a disgruntled teenage girl at the moment, very poor form really.
